We aim to process your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we handle and ship your orders.

General Information

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking details when your order has shipped.
  • Delays: Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes, seasonal demands, and carrier delays due to events such as weather. Please consider these delays when placing your order as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date during these periods.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: International shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware of potential delays due to customs processing.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Yuri Bag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Address Changes

  • We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure timely shipping and delivery. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Yuri Bag is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

  • For details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our refund policy.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please initiate a refund and re-purchase your desired product

Parcels Marked As 'Return To Sender'

If your parcel cannot be delivered by the courier for any reason, it will be marked as 'return to sender'. This can occur due to numerous reasons such as:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the item from the post office within a given time frame
  • Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
  • Refusal of delivery of the package

If your parcel has been marked as 'return to sender', we offer the following options:

Replacement Package:

  • We can post a replacement package at the customer's expense.
  • A 10% processing fee of the order value will apply.
  • The customer will also need to cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Refund:

  • We can provide a refund once the package has been returned to us.
  • A 10% processing fee of the order value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Important Note: The original shipping cost is not refundable if the package was returned to the sender due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address caused by the customer's error
  • Failure to pick up the parcel from your local postal office
  • Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
  • Refusal of delivery of the package
