Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it,
- Unworn or unused and free from stains, with tags,
- In its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for refunds.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for any returns made due to a change of mind must be covered by the customer and are not refundable.

Order Cancellation
Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure timely shipping and delivery. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items after 14 days of receiving your package or on-sale items or gift cards.
Parcels Marked As 'Return To Sender'
If your parcel cannot be delivered by the courier for any reason, it will be marked as 'return to sender'. This can occur due to numerous reasons such as:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the item from the post office within a given time frame
- Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
- Refusal of delivery of the package
If your parcel has been marked as 'return to sender', we offer the following options:
- Replacement Package:

- We can post a replacement package at the customer's expense.
- A 10% processing fee of the order value will apply.
- The customer will also need to cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
- Refund:

- We can provide a refund once the package has been returned to us.
- A 10% processing fee of the order value will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Important Note: The original shipping cost is not refundable if the package was returned to the sender due to any of the following reasons:

- Incorrect or incomplete address caused by the customer's error
- Failure of delivery due to an inaccessible delivery address
- Failure to pick up the parcel from your local postal office
- Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
- Refusal of delivery of the package

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
